Privacy notice

Last updated 26 October 2026.

LLM-BreakBench is an independent project run from the UK. This notice covers the enquiry form and the waitlist form on this site and nothing else, because these forms are the only places this site collects personal data.

What we collect

Enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation (if given), request type and message.

Waitlist form: your email address and, if given, your name.

Why

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to discuss a model listing or a review. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to a request you made (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

For the waitlist, we use your email (and name, if given) only to tell you when the first public results go live. The lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by replying to that email or asking us to remove you.

Who handles it

Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., which may process data outside the UK under its own data processing terms. We do not sell your data or add enquirers to a mailing list.

How long

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless we go on to work together. We keep waitlist entries until we send the launch email, or until you ask to be removed, and delete them within 12 months either way.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by replying to any email from us or sending a new enquiry through the form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
